Official Custody Contacts

For a current Oklahoma County jail inmate, start with OCDC and its public roster path. For a warrant, court charge, sentenced state prisoner, federal inmate, immigration detainee, or notification signup, the correct office changes. The contacts below match the roles documented in the Oklahoma County research.

OCDC cites the Oklahoma Open Records Act for past booking information, images, and intake records. The key access provisions are 51 O.S. 24A.1, 51 O.S. 24A.5, and 51 O.S. 24A.8.

• Current county jail custody: use jail inmate records or the OCDC JailTracker roster, then call 405-907-1930 if the online search does not answer the question.
• Booking images and intake records: use jail roster mugshots for the public photo path, or email OCDC at records@okcountydc.net for open-records requests.
• Charges filed after arrest: use court records after a jail arrest, the Oklahoma County Court Clerk, OSCN, or ODCR.
• Facility-specific questions: use the detention facility pages listed in the footer for OCDC, Clara Waters Community Corrections Center, and Federal Transfer Center Oklahoma City.
• Sentenced state prisoners: search the Oklahoma Department of Corrections offender lookup, not the county jail roster.
• Federal or immigration custody: search the BOP inmate locator or ICE Online Detainee Locator System.
• Custody and case notifications: use Oklahoma VINELink; OCDC also says its front desk can help with VINE registration at 405-907-1930.

Warrants and Court Routing

Oklahoma County warrants and court records do not all sit in the jail roster. The Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office page names Sheriff Tommie Johnson III and links sheriff services, while its active warrant search lists a warrant contact. OCDC also has a separate warrant-clearing process for walk-through warrants.
