Oklahoma County Jail Roster
The Oklahoma County Detention Center is the primary county jail for current inmate records. OCDC's homepage links to the official JailTracker roster and describes it as the place to search current inmates in custody. The Oklahoma County government Jail Tracker/Scheduler page also tells people looking for inmate information to call 405-907-1930 or use the OCDC homepage's Inmate Search link.
The roster should be described as a name-based current-inmate lookup. The official roster metadata for Oklahoma County says name search is required and the current-inmates-only setting is enabled. The older official JailTracker interface exposes the grid, search controls, profile tabs, charges, cases, image endpoints, and related profile fields. Blank all-inmate browsing should not be promised.
Oklahoma County inmate records do not all live in one system. OCDC handles pretrial detainees, county-sentenced residents, people awaiting DOC transfer after judgment and sentence, and some holds or detainers. ODOC handles sentenced state prisoners. BOP handles federal prisoners, including those at Federal Transfer Center Oklahoma City. ICE ODLS handles immigration custody.
Use Oklahoma County Inmate Search
Start with the official OCDC route because it is the public-facing county jail roster. A last name or alias is the most important search value. Add a first name when the last name is common. If the interface displays a CAPTCHA, complete it before judging the search result.
- Open the OCDC homepage and select Inmate Search, or use the official JailTracker roster URL.
- Enter the last name or alias. Do not assume a blank search will list the full jail population.
- Add the first name to narrow common surnames.
- Keep Current Inmates selected when looking for someone now held at OCDC.
- If Released Inmates or All appears and the person is no longer in custody, use that option cautiously.
- Open the matching row to compare booking, cases, charges, bond, release, and image fields.
- Call 405-907-1930 if a recent booking should exist but does not appear online.
Roster timing can lag real intake. OCDC's statistics page says its head count can change by the hour and that people may be booked or released while a count is still being prepared. Recent bookings also may take time to receive security classification.

Oklahoma County Inmate Profile
The official field definitions include roster result fields and profile tabs. The live Blazor profile could not be fully inspected through text rendering, so the safest description is that the interface is designed to show these categories when available. A person should compare several fields before assuming a profile is the right person.

Oklahoma County Lookup Fallbacks
When JailTracker fails, returns no result, or does not include an older record, use the access channel that matches the record. OCDC gives 405-907-1930 as the inmate-information phone line and also lists 405-504-6811. OCDC open records uses records@okcountydc.net for past booking information, images, and intake records. The contact form asks for name, phone, email, and message, and prompts the sender to include inmate names when applicable.

Do not rely on the Sheriff Connect app as a substitute for OCDC JailTracker unless Oklahoma County participation and features are confirmed.

Oklahoma County inmate records become confusing when the person has moved between custody systems. The primary county jail is downtown OCDC. The state facility in the research is Clara Waters Community Corrections Center, which is ODOC community corrections and not a county jail. The federal facility is Federal Transfer Center Oklahoma City, a BOP transfer center at Will Rogers World Airport.

County State Federal Inmates
The county roster is for OCDC custody. It should not be used to search a sentenced person who has already entered ODOC custody, a federal prisoner at FTC Oklahoma City, or a person transferred to ICE custody. A person awaiting DOC transport after judgment and sentence may still appear in OCDC, so check both county and state systems during that gap.

Oklahoma County Booking Records
Oklahoma County booking starts after arrest, surrender, or a walk-through warrant process. OCDC's warrants and bonds material says non-custodial arrest warrant walk-through processing occurs at OCDC by appointment for specified categories, including people using a bail bondsman, people who have paid cash at the courthouse and have a receipt, and attorneys with a judge's order. Dates and days have changed in OCDC notices, so current instructions should be confirmed before arrival.
At intake, the person is processed into JailTracker. Public definitions include name, ArrestNo, Jacket, book date, possible release date, cases, charges, image fields, and housing or billing fields. OCDC lists intake records as an open-records topic, and its medical page says nursing assessments at intake are not charged. CJAC explains that security classification is based on charges and staff observations, can change, and may take 24 to 48 hours for recent bookings.
Oklahoma County Visitation Mail
An official OCDC visitation schedule was not located in the inspected pages, so the safe route is to call 405-907-1930 before planning a visit. Do not borrow unofficial visitation hours. ODOC visitation rules do apply to state facilities such as Clara Waters Community Corrections Center and should not be applied to OCDC.

Commissary and Medical Records
OCDC identifies Benchmark as the commissary contractor, but the inspected official pages did not provide a fee table, deposit limit, or kiosk schedule. Do not invent deposit methods. Confirm current commissary instructions through OCDC before sending money or ordering items.
